These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kr666 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features offered through kr666.club (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or placing a bet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms should be read alongside the kr666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and kr666. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

The kr666 Service is open exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility conditions. kr666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any part of the Service.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) using the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract and must not be subject to any court order, mental incapacity, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended kr666 account. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

kr666 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment account used for deposit is registered in their own name and matches the name on their kr666 account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to KYC clearance and fraud checks. kr666 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits made by a particular payment method must be withdrawn back to that same method unless kr666 expressly permits an alternative route. This policy is part of kr666's anti-money-laundering controls.
• kr666 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal that is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. Funds subject to an active investigation may be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

kr666 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification.
• kr666 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice, particularly where abuse is suspected or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus value being applied.
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the rollover requirements applicable to that promotion before they can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process, or used in any way other than as specified in the promotion terms.

kr666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its users. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available free of charge from within your account settings and take effect immediately or within a reasonable processing period as indicated.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Taka. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. A session time reminder alert will appear at intervals set by the player.
• Cooling-off periods: players may request a temporary break from the Service lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for gaming and deposit purposes.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from kr666 may request self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable once confirmed. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kr666. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through nominees, aliases, or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or third parties, arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any activity that constitutes cheating.
• Depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds that derive from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or systematically reversing deposits after bonus activation.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.

All content on kr666.club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of kr666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without the prior written consent of kr666.

The kr666 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of kr666. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Game titles, provider logos, and payment method marks (bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard) remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kr666 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if kr666 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to the Service caused by maintenance, network failure, or third-party provider outages.
• Any loss arising from a manifest error in odds, game outcomes incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault, or payments made as a result of such errors. In all cases kr666's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kr666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kr666 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice posted on kr666.club or via direct communication to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
